Zillay Seeds Pvt Ltd is a seed supplier based in Gujranwala, Punjab. We stock hybrid F1 and open-pollinated vegetable seed for the crops that actually move in Pakistani markets, and we sell them to the farmers, dealers and kitchen gardeners who grow them.
Who we are
Seed is the one input you cannot fix later
Everything else in a vegetable crop can be adjusted mid-season. Seed cannot.
A grower can correct irrigation, change a spray programme or add fertiliser if the crop asks for it. What they cannot do is go back and change the seed once the nursery is up. By then the yield ceiling, the uniformity and the harvest window are already set.
That is the part of the business we take seriously. Zillay Seeds works with hybrid F1 and OPV vegetable lines selected for the conditions growers face here — the heat that arrives early, the humidity that follows the monsoon, and soils that vary field to field across Punjab. Seed lots are germination-checked before they are packed, and every packet is labelled plainly so nobody is guessing about what they are planting.
Our counter sits on Link G.T. Road in Gujranwala, which means we spend the season in conversation with the people using our seed. A grower who calls in March about a late tomato sowing, or in September about cauliflower nursery timing, is talking to someone who has heard the same question from twenty other fields that week. That accumulated, local, unglamorous knowledge is most of what we actually offer.
Today we carry 17 vegetable seed varieties across 10 crop families, supplying farmers, agri-input dealers and serious kitchen gardeners throughout Pakistan.

Everything a grower spends on land preparation, water, fertiliser and labour rides on the seed that goes in first. We would rather turn away a sale than move a lot we are not confident in.
Say what is in the packet
Crop, variety and sowing guidance are printed plainly. No inflated claims, no vague labelling — you should know exactly what you are planting before you open the bag.
Local knowledge, not a price list
We work in Punjab's cropping calendar every week. When you ask which variety suits a late sowing or a heavy soil, you get an answer grounded in what has actually worked here.
Stay reachable after the sale
